Job Description

Vertex Global Solutions, a leading green solutions company through recycling, is seeking a skilled Managing Partner Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Anticipate the partner's needs and take initiative to address them, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, while managing expenses and reimbursements.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on various initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
