Managing Partner Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while prioritizing effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Anticipate the partner's needs and take initiative to address them, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, while managing expenses and reimbursements.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on various initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
