Customer Support Manager

At Zebra Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and timekeeping operations for our retail and banking customers.
Responsibilities:- Establish and manage operational objectives and work plans to drive results.
- Supervise a large team or multiple smaller teams, ensuring adherence to quality processes and standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve critical and complex escalations from all points of contact.
- Manage and champion training programs to improve knowledge and skills of the support team.
- Estimate timeframes for complex projects and manage the completion of assignments within specified time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Identify strategies for process improvement and verification activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, including 2 years of management experience.
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) and local language as applicable.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications.
- Customer service values and strong leadership skills.
