We are looking for a skilled Security Sales Enablement Manager to support our sales teams and lead security-related training initiatives at Riskified, a fast-growing and dynamic tech company. As a member of our global team of 750+, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and innovate with like-minded professionals.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales team to ensure security compliance during customer interactions and manage comprehensive security onboarding and awareness training for both internal employees and customers. This role includes direct engagement with potential customers to address security concerns and help integrate security practices into sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Security Compliance: Provide security expertise to sales teams, ensuring compliance with security policies during all customer engagements.
  2. Sales Support: Attend meetings with potential customers, presenting the company's security posture, addressing specific security concerns, and supporting the sales process from a security standpoint.
  3. Training and Development: Develop and deliver security onboarding training programs for new employees, ensuring they understand the company's security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Riskified offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 for this position, plus a bonus target and stock-based awards.
