The Senior Pre-Sales SME, Supervision & Archive Solutions role at Global Relay offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and innovation in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing an understanding of customers' infrastructure and explaining how to integrate with our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide major accounts with a single interface for account management and sales support.
  2. Develop an understanding of customers' infrastructure and explain how to integrate with Global Relay systems.
  3. Gather requirements from customers and provide product demonstrations and user cases.
  4. Manage proof of concept and implementation steps.
  5. Update stakeholders on progress and propose a course of action when non-compliance is identified.
