The **Senior Real Estate Operations Manager** will play a vital role in assisting the Designated Managing Broker with the effective administration of eXp Realty's brokerage operations within their state. This position is pivotal in supporting our agents to deliver outstanding real estate services to their clients, encompassing all operational aspects necessary to adhere to state licensing laws, REALTOR association membership, and MLS participation, along with overseeing the transaction review process, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
  • Demonstrated success as a supervising real estate broker within a small to medium-sized firm, possessing a comprehensive understanding of real estate brokerage at the state level, a collaborative mindset, and an unwavering work ethic. You should be personable while also having the capability to implement systems and processes effectively.
  • As a member of the eXp Realty state leadership team, the Senior Real Estate Operations Manager ensures that eXp provides exceptional brokerage support to agents in their client representation.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' knowledge regarding contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate regulations.
  • Respond promptly to agents' requests for assistance.
  • Consult and engage effectively with eXp agents and others to resolve complex transaction issues.
  • Perform contract reviews to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
  • Support the implementation of the eXp Risk Management Program and provide valuable risk management tools to eXp Agents.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement and compliance of company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals.
  • Encourage innovation in how the company can efficiently support its expanding state agent base in terms of brokerage operations.
  • Coordinate the distribution of incoming mail.
  • Other Duties As Assigned.
**Qualifications to Capture Our Attention:**
  • Must reside in Colorado and hold an active Managing Broker's License with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 50+ agents concurrently.
  • Strong interest and extensive experience in real estate compliance activities, with a deep understanding of the legal obligations of real estate professionals under state and federal law, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, the NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS Rules and Regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing a small to medium brokerage firm, particularly from an operational or compliance perspective.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Highly collaborative, capable of working with internal partners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ability to make swift decisions and solve problems using sound judgment.
  • Experience with Skyslope is strongly preferred.
  • Exhibit the highest level of integrity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state.
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
  • BA/AA preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

The total base pay for this position starts at $90,000 per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market, up to $100,000 per year in our highest geographic cost of living market, and is influenced by various factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their contributions and is structured within a range to facilitate growth and development within the role.
