Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Business Suite, RealVolve, and other tools for daily operations.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and inventorying.
  • Assist in maintaining order and organization for weekly and special events, as well as daily office use.
  • Run errands as needed for office operations.
  • Prepare weekly listing performance reports and manage online listings.
  • Oversee the process for Open House signage.
  • Coordinate multiple calendars for various office activities.
  • Support the Operations Manager and Executive Assistant with additional tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Engage in team activities and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Welcome guests and manage phone communications.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (additional education is a plus).
  • Familiarity with G-suite, AI tools, and Canva is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Paragon, FLEX, and RealVolve is beneficial.
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Adept at meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.

Compensation Package:

  • Part-time position: 15-25 hours/week at $15-$18/hr.
  • Retirement matching benefits available.
  • Accrual of up to 48 hours of sick leave at a rate of 1 hour per 30 worked.
