Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee federal and state income tax issues, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.
  • Assist in M&A activities, organizational restructurings, and the application of new tax regulations to support the company's growth and efficiency.
  • Manage audits, tax claims, and litigation processes.
Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in-house or with a reputable public accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Income Tax, Tax Provisions, and Sales & Use Tax.
  • Experience in the Wholesale, E-Commerce, or Fashion & Beauty sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
