Position Overview
This role operates in a hybrid capacity across various HP locations in the U.S.

Job Summary
The Commercial Organization (CO) encompasses numerous market teams and global functions dedicated to all commercial activities at HP. This senior-level position within the central CO office is responsible for overseeing all CO teams and functions globally, ensuring that strategies, programs, and initiatives provide substantial value to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective engagement between the Chief Commercial Officer and external customers and partners.
- Oversee the program management of numerous CO-wide initiatives, including prestigious events such as Presidents Club and Sales Leadership Kickoffs.
- Serve as the primary contact for L2 Chief of Staff team members.
- Analyze complex data and business scenarios to develop actionable business plans.
- Construct financial models to evaluate new business performance aspects.
- Establish performance metrics and recommend strategies to address any identified gaps.
- Maintain business continuity planning and processes for the CO.
- Ensure adherence to CO records and retention processes for business initiatives.
- Assist in creating comprehensive reporting documents for stakeholders across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Lead intricate, time-sensitive market research projects to identify trends and opportunities for business leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all business planning activities, typically engaging with L2 and L3 leaders.
- Drive all aspects of priority projects, developing business plans and proactively identifying new opportunities in partnership with client business leaders.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis and emerging trends.
- Advise business leaders on high-level strategy execution and develop innovative solutions.
- Create and implement forward-thinking strategies to cultivate long-term business relationships.

Education & Experience
- A four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires over 10 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related discipline.

Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in analytics, business intelligence, and strategic business development.
- Strong capabilities in competitive intelligence, customer insights, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and new product development processes.

Impact & Scope
- This role significantly influences large functions and leads extensive, cross-division teams or projects.

Complexity
- Provides innovative solutions to complex challenges within established policies.
