Since our inception in 1979, Invest West Management has established itself as a comprehensive property management and real estate firm serving the Pacific Northwest, with offices in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Our expertise includes managing and maintaining multi-family residences, condominiums, and commercial properties, along with sales and leasing services. We specialize in Community Association management, including HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs, and our team includes licensed realtors for Oregon and Washington.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base annual salary of $68,000

Potential earnings of $68,000 - $90,000, including performance-based commissions

Commission opportunities may reach up to $90,000, depending on portfolio size.

Comprehensive employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage for employees, with options for dependent coverage at cost.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Emergency on-call compensation provided.

Mileage reimbursement based on IRS rates for the current year.

Key Responsibilities:

The HOA Portfolio Manager is tasked with managing the daily operations of homeowner associations in collaboration with the HOA board of directors. Responsibilities include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight
  • Soliciting and Evaluating Bids
  • Coordinating routine and requested maintenance and repairs
  • Engaging with Board members, property owners, service providers, and residents
  • Leading community initiatives and advising board members
  • Enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Facilitating dispute resolution
  • Participating in Board and Community Meetings
  • Managing insurance procurement and renewals
  • Conducting Property Site Inspections
  • Experience in HOA/Condo management
  • CMCA Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant housing laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn HOA property management systems and software

The role of HOA Portfolio Manager may evolve, with additional duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.

RTO Program:

Responsible Time Off program includes federal holidays and additional paid days off each year.

The physical demands required for this position include:

  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
