Position Overview:
The Commercial Vehicle Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet by performing repairs and maintenance on various commercial trucks and equipment.

Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $33.28 to $44.10, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment in a timely manner.
- Diagnose, repair, and clean commercial vehicles, including addressing concrete buildup.
- Prioritize and address equipment issues based on safety and customer service needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and communicate vehicle status to management.
- Assist in managing parts inventory and ensure proper organization.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents immediately.
- Participate in scheduled safety meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess personal tools.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical work on commercial vehicles.
- Proficient in diesel engine diagnostics across various manufacturers.
- Familiarity with basic fabrication and welding techniques.
- Experience in preventative maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Capable of climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.

Additional Information:
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
