Established in 1979, Invest West Management is a comprehensive property management and real estate firm serving the Pacific Northwest, with operations in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Our expertise includes managing and maintaining multi-family apartments, multiplexes, condominiums, and single-family homes, as well as commercial, industrial, and retail properties, including sales and leasing services. We specialize in managing Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs) and have licensed realtors for Oregon and Washington. Our leadership in the property management sector is supported by a team of seasoned professionals and adherence to industry best practices.

Salary and Benefits:

$68,000 base annual salary

Potential earnings range from $68,000 to $90,000 annually, including performance-based commissions.

Commission potential may reach up to $90,000, contingent on portfolio size.

Comprehensive employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage for employees, with dependent coverage available at cost.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Emergency on-call compensation.

Mileage reimbursement based on IRS rates for 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

The HOA Portfolio Manager is tasked with managing the daily operations of homeowner associations in collaboration with the HOA board of directors. Responsibilities include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight
  • Obtaining Bids
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, both routine and as requested
  • Engaging with Board members, owners, service providers, and residents
  • Planning and leading community initiatives; advising board members
  • Communicating and enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Assisting in dispute resolution
  • Attending Board and Community Meetings
  • Securing insurance coverage and renewals
  • Conducting Property Site Inspections
  • Experience in HOA/Condo management
  • CMCA Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn HOA property management systems and software

The HOA Portfolio Manager role is dynamic, and additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
