Founded in 1979, Invest West Management is a comprehensive property management and real estate firm serving the Pacific Northwest, with operations in the Portland and Vancouver areas. Our offerings encompass the management and upkeep of multi-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes, as well as commercial, industrial, and retail properties, including sales and leasing services. We specialize in managing Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs) and employ licensed realtors for Oregon and Washington. Compensation and Benefits:

Base annual salary of $68,000

Potential earnings of $68,000 - $90,000 annually, inclusive of performance-based commissions

Commission opportunities may reach up to $90,000, contingent on portfolio size.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Emergency on-call compensation provided.

Mileage reimbursement at IRS rates for 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

The HOA Portfolio Manager is tasked with managing the daily operations of homeowner associations in collaboration with the HOA board of directors. Responsibilities include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight
  • Obtaining Bids
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, both routine and as requested
  • Engaging with Board members, homeowners, service providers, and residents
  • Planning and facilitating community initiatives; advising board members
  • Communicating and enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Assisting in dispute resolution
  • Attending Board and Community Meetings
  • Securing insurance coverage and renewals
  • Conducting Property Site Inspections
  • Experience in HOA/Condo management
  • CMCA Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Aptitude for learning HOA property management systems and software

The role of HOA Portfolio Manager is dynamic, and additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
