As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day site issues, and proactively identifying and resolving client needs.
- Site Operations: Conduct regular site walk-throughs with clients and company representatives to ensure compliance with contract specifications, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a culture of high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Financial Management: Analyze and understand cost reports, budget variances, and labor needs to ensure efficient operations and profitability.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, conduct regular safety training, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of related work experience, including 3 years of people management experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license, DOT medical card, Commercial Pesticide Applicators License, and Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) certification.
- Skills: Strong relationship building, customer relations, management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
