Job Overview

Marathon TS is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to oversee the implementation of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule Development: Utilize Primavera software to create and manage project schedules.
  • Project Kick-Off Meetings: Facilitate project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Cash Flow Estimation: Analyze cash flow and client requirements to inform project decisions.
  • Blueprint Review: Review project blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Budget Preparation: Develop and manage project budgets and cost codes.
  • Submittal Research: Conduct research on submittals and change orders to inform project decisions.
  • Client Meetings: Meet with potential clients to discuss project opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project financials and profitability.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cost savings and best practices.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Contract Review: Review and negotiate contracts to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervising Construction Project Managers.
