Job Overview

Dynamic Pro, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Project Coordinator with a solid foundation in construction and rail systems. This role is pivotal in supporting a major client in the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project data management within the designated project management software.
  • Input and update contract-related information accurately.
  • Track daily operations and report on the progress of construction activities, including any operational impacts and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate work scopes and packages, develop timelines, and prepare necessary documentation for managerial approval.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures as outlined in the Project Implementation Manual, providing guidance to project personnel.
  • Compile punch lists upon reaching contract milestones and conduct inspections to confirm completion.
  • Assist in the creation of project status reports to monitor progress, budget, and staffing allocations.
  • Prepare and revise financial documents, including estimates, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Validate contractor payment requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Execute additional project-related tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of experience in project or construction management, with a minimum of two years in the transportation sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with intricate schedules and budgets.
  • All candidates must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
