Construction Project Lead

QCM, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities at our project sites.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Directly manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate effectively with subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures closely and take proactive steps to minimize costs while maintaining project quality.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction challenges promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Experience working on federal government projects is highly desirable.
  • Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification is preferred.
