Position Summary
As a Customer Engagement Specialist at BULLNOSE TILE LLC, your primary role involves interacting with clients, assessing their needs, guiding them through the purchasing journey, showcasing our product offerings, addressing concerns, and ultimately securing sales.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Welcome clients with a warm demeanor and professional presentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist clients in making informed decisions throughout their buying process.
Contribute to the upkeep and organization of the display area.
Handle phone inquiries professionally, manage product samples, and gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
Engage with clients through email and phone communications regarding product estimates.
Strengthen existing partnerships with designers and contractors to uncover new projects and future tile requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
Strong active listening abilities.
Friendly and personable, capable of providing engaging service to clients.
Attentive and responsive, able to promptly assist clients and address their inquiries.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in our products to offer comprehensive solutions.
Proficient in conveying complex information through both verbal and written communication.
Availability to work on weekends.
Physical capability to lift and handle items weighing over 25 lbs.
