Internal Sales Representative

Entegee is seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill customer opportunities, including quoting, purchase orders, expediting, and other requests.
- Perform data entry for opportunities, quotes, and sales orders.
- Conduct contract/purchase order reviews to ensure internal sales order accuracy.
- Review customer drawing revision levels and quality clauses.
- Respond quickly and proactively to team members and customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships with internal team members and customer contacts.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an internal sales manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access (preferred).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Entegee offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. We also provide a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
