We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motion Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating all internal and external customer repairs with vendors, ensuring the smooth operation of repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large Equipment Manufacturer customer quality portals and address general customer quality concerns to maintain excellent supplier quality ratings.
  • Handle incoming customer Return Materials, conduct failure analysis, and handle Material Review Board requests, including coordinating external vendor Returns.
  • Ensure customer failure analysis response requirements are met and report any issues requiring Non-Conformance or Corrective/Preventative Actions.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on repair status. Keep the Repair portal updated to track repairs and statuses efficiently.
  • Determine warranty status, and when needed, request purchase orders from customers. Generate sales orders, purchase orders, or shippers related to repairs.
  • Report metrics to management as needed and perform any other assigned duties.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and involve stakeholders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Sharepoint is a plus.
