We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motion Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating all internal and external customer repairs with vendors, ensuring the smooth operation of repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large Equipment Manufacturer customer quality portals and address general customer quality concerns to maintain excellent supplier quality ratings.
- Handle incoming customer Return Materials, conduct failure analysis, and handle Material Review Board requests, including coordinating external vendor Returns.
- Ensure customer failure analysis response requirements are met and report any issues requiring Non-Conformance or Corrective/Preventative Actions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on repair status. Keep the Repair portal updated to track repairs and statuses efficiently.
- Determine warranty status, and when needed, request purchase orders from customers. Generate sales orders, purchase orders, or shippers related to repairs.
- Report metrics to management as needed and perform any other assigned duties.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and involve stakeholders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Sharepoint is a plus.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
