Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Kelly Ford Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
