This role includes managing guest accounts and ensuring all transactions meet the establishment's high standards of excellence.
Work ScheduleThe work hours are variable and will change weekly. Typical shifts may include:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional overnight shifts from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, as needed.
We seek a candidate who is adaptable and willing to cover various shifts as required.
Essential QualificationsApplicants must possess:
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator for moderately complex calculations.
- The ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, demonstrating patience and diplomacy.
- The capability to stand for extended periods while performing essential job functions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accurately entering information into a moderately complex computer system.
- The ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage phone calls while assisting guests.
Education and Experience:
- A combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to a college degree.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
