Job Description

Market Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion by executing Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market.
  • Develop and implement store-level growth plans that align with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Lead the execution of growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands through DSDE best practices.
  • Analyze sales data to inform effective decisions with frontline salespeople and drive brand growth with customers through new space and display acquisition.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment where associates can bring their authentic selves to work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Combination of education, training, and experience resulting in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
