Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hirewell. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and lead generation within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM technology to track and analyze sales activity and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives and marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, business acumen, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
