Specialty Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialty Sales Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth in our specialty departments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales floor specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth in specialty departments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve guest experiences.
- Manage and maintain a high-performing sales floor environment, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales floor operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve guest experiences.
