Job Overview

Kovalus Separation Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Market Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for our water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in North America.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers and partners to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new products and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical sales, with a strong focus on water treatment applications.
  • Proven track record of success in selling separation equipment or solutions for water treatment in industrial, food & beverage, or life science markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within North America, working closely with regional sales teams and product management.
  • Deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes in industrial, food & beverage, and life science facilities.
  • Expertise in account management, consultative selling, and solution-based sales approaches.
  • History of consistently exceeding sales quotas over multiple years.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical discipline.
