Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
  • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day, and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, and working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail customer experience preferred, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
