Job Title: Market Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Sales Manager to join our team at Kovalus Separation Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for Kovalus' water treatment solutions across North America.
  • Expand and manage the Kovalus Channel Partner Network for water and wastewater products where appropriate.
  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with product management, direct sales, and marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management and process engineering teams to drive market share growth.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics regularly, leveraging successes and identifying areas of opportunity to ensure the success of Kovalus' growth initiatives.
  • Foster direct relationships with key customers and manage projects involving customized solutions in close partnership with product managers and sales teams.
  • Successfully close major projects valued at $1M+, ensuring that all project milestones, customer requirements, and financial targets are met.
  • Provide senior management with regular updates on pipeline forecasts and overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technical sales, with a strong focus on water treatment applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated excellence in customer service, presentations, business negotiations, and relationship-building.
  • Proven track record of success in selling separation equipment or solutions for water treatment in industrial, food & beverage, or life science markets.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within North America, working closely with regional sales teams and product management.
  • Deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes in industrial, food & beverage, and life science facilities.
  • Expertise in account management, consultative selling, and solution-based sales approaches.
  • History of consistently exceeding sales quotas over multiple years.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical discipline.
