Role Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales from a base of wine enthusiasts who have an established relationship with our winery clients.
  • Receive comprehensive training to provide tailored advice and information on wines that suit customers' preferences and lifestyles.
  • Ensure that customers' favorite wines are consistently available, introduce them to new selections and special releases, and keep them updated on winery events.

Our team engages with customers who have previously expressed interest in the wineries, whether through tasting room visits, wine club memberships, or mailing list subscriptions. By utilizing these warm leads, we facilitate personalized discussions and optimize wine sales while enhancing the connection between the winery and its customers.

We represent a diverse array of esteemed winery clients across notable regions, including Napa and Sonoma counties in Northern California, the Central Coast, Southern California, as well as Oregon and Washington State. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Call Center or Work From Home Phone Sales.
  • Familiarity with wine is advantageous but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Ability to overcome objections and successfully close sales over the phone.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • A designated, quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and effective communication tools.
  • Demonstrates adaptability in learning new technologies and troubleshooting common computer issues independently.
  • Must be available to work specified hours from your home office.

  • Hourly wage plus commission (successful sales representatives can earn $18-$30 or more per hour, including commission).
