At KLIK Digital, we recognize that our sales team is pivotal to our success. To further enhance this momentum, we are seeking a qualified Solutions Advisor to collaborate closely with our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with small and medium enterprises using lead generation techniques.
  • Achieve or surpass targets for qualified leads and appointments through proactive outreach via phone and email.
  • Timely follow up on and qualify inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
  • Engage in lead nurturing activities for all qualified prospects.
  • Conduct research to gather insights about target SMBs and create prospecting lists.
  • Document all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Effectively manage the prospect pipeline to maximize results.
  • Design and execute various outbound calling campaigns focused on specific sectors, events, or targets, in addition to ongoing sales activities.
  • Support direct or indirect channel sales initiatives as required.
  • Perform web research to identify appropriate contacts within organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong skills in qualifying, prospecting, and marketing; ability to creatively engage prospects, identify decision-makers, set appointments, and manage objections professionally.
  • Develop and implement a robust prospecting strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, share best practices, continuously improve processes, and provide clear reporting to management.
  • Proactively manage your schedule and sales pipeline to meet goals.
  • Field inbound inquiries and leads from various sources and assess their business potential.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Employ innovative tactics to reach executive management within targeted companies.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years in sales.
