Overview:

The Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) is a rapidly expanding global entity that provides working capital solutions to clients across various sectors including Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Citi Commercial Bank client segments in over 100 countries.

Role Summary:

The Senior Lead for TTS Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) will collaborate with all TTS Lines of Business, primarily focusing on TWCS, as well as regional and country teams to spearhead the strategic execution of the WCR Target Operating Model across diverse countries and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the TWCS business in planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations for the WCR program.
  • Lead significant initiatives as a Project Management Office (PMO) in a meticulous manner, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify potential risks that may affect program execution and develop and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Communicate status updates, issues, and risk management to all stakeholders, including senior management, in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) Transaction Management under the final model for TTS, including product scoping, automation, data capture, and monitoring of covenants and collateral.
  • Collaborate with all Regional Product teams to implement the WCR Legal Documentation Checklist across all business lines, ensuring comprehensive global implementation of the Documentation Model for TTS Products.
  • Assist in revising and updating all necessary WCR TTS Standards and procedures with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside ICM and Risk teams to streamline and automate all product guidelines, enhancing the current product approval process.
  • Support all Technology De-Risk implementations and System Migrations across Trade.
  • Assist business units with WCR Data-related workstreams and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Trade products, Operations, Technology, Program Management, and/or Data is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
