In this position, you will collaborate closely with product owners to grasp their challenges in developing, enhancing, or expanding our offerings.

You will then architect technical solutions and lead a team of developers in executing your vision.
Daily, you will advocate for architectural strategies that boost revenue and enhance operational efficiency in alignment with our business objectives.

Your day will begin with a scrum meeting to prioritize tasks within the current sprint or to discuss new initiatives.

Following this, you will create designs to guide the developers as they bring your concepts to fruition. In critical situations, you may need to engage directly in coding. As the team leader, you will facilitate communication and collaboration within your team and across departments, serving as the technical authority.

Architectural Planning and Strategy:

You will influence and oversee both current and future architectural frameworks, promoting initiatives that drive revenue, enhance efficiency, and support our strategic goals.

You will ensure that our solutions address both enterprise-wide and localized needs.

Your day will commence with a scrum, where the team collaborates to clarify responsibilities, identify challenges, and set design and coding priorities.

Your primary focus will be on design, although coding may occasionally be necessary.

Once your design is established, you will guide developers in bringing it to life using technologies such as Angular, .NET, or others.

You will review their code, make refinements as needed, and jump in to code critical components yourself.
Challenges are inevitable, and we will rely on your expertise to find solutions. You thrive on challenges and embrace the opportunity to solve complex problems.
Mentorship and Learning: As the technical authority on the team, you will take the lead in troubleshooting issues.

When presenting your designs, you will welcome feedback from your engineering team, as you believe that collaboration strengthens ideas, especially when others offer perspectives you may not have considered.

Ultimately, we share a common goal: to develop the best solutions for our clients.
Diverse Responsibilities: No two days are alike.

Some days will be dedicated to design or mentoring team members, while others may involve quality assurance, security, user experience, or various other functions.

You should have 8+ years of relevant experience acquired in similar roles.

Qualifications for Success:
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience that would enhance your comfort in this role includes:
- Proficiency in C# .NET, .NET Core, React, jQuery, JSON, Angular, LAMBDA Expressions, Kafka, EDI's
- SQL Server, Postgres, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Familiarity with GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and Public Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
