Position Overview

Peraton is in search of a highly skilled individual to assume the role of Program Director for our Cybersecurity initiatives. This position is crucial for managing the upcoming Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services program. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various operational locations and ensuring the delivery of essential IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and government representatives.
  • Ensure the achievement of all contractual performance metrics and customer objectives.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue generation and cost management.
  • Implement strategic goals to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and potential partners to optimize service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with Human Resources to establish robust employee retention and training programs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract requirements and customer needs.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the program.
  • Develop and enforce program policies and procedures.
  • Identify risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for educational requirements).
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale programs with a total contract value exceeding $500 million.
Preferred:
  • At least six years of experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex programs and projects.
  • A background in military operations or related fields for over ten years.
  • Possession of a recognized project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
