Responsibilities and Expectations

The Improvement Administrator at Network for Hope will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating and providing access oversight for the electronic QMS
  • Orienting new users to the electronic QMS improvement modules
  • Ensuring the functionality and usage of the electronic QMS improvement modules following updates and/or enhancements
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of the electronic QMS improvement modules

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
