We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team at Pyramid Consulting. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of one to two years of administrative support experience. They should have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and be able to communicate effectively with callers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate meeting arrangements, including travel and lodging.
- Manage calendars for managers and departments.
- Maintain databases and records.
- Update departmental websites.
- Analyze data for reports.
- Assist with budgeting and expense reporting.
- Problem-solve routine issues.
Requirements
- Customer Service and Administrative Support skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 10 PM-4 AM.
