About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team at Pyramid Consulting. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of one to two years of administrative support experience. They should have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and be able to communicate effectively with callers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and coordinate meeting arrangements, including travel and lodging.
  2. Manage calendars for managers and departments.
  3. Maintain databases and records.
  4. Update departmental websites.
  5. Analyze data for reports.
  6. Assist with budgeting and expense reporting.
  7. Problem-solve routine issues.

Requirements

  • Customer Service and Administrative Support skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 10 PM-4 AM.
