About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kentucky Right to Life. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Executive Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including preparing correspondence, emails, and reports.

  • Manage the office budget, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures to improve productivity and organization.

  • Assist with event planning, volunteer coordination, and other projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/office management role.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google products, QuickBooks, and Constant Contact.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with flexible hours and a negotiable salary based on qualifications.
