We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation. Our dynamic team is committed to providing exceptional care to our donor families, facilitating organ and tissue recovery, and educating the communities we serve.
We are seeking a highly motivated Hospital Partnership Liaison to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in building and maintaining key relationships with hospital partners, improving processes, and providing education to enhance the overall culture of donation within assigned hospitals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaboration & Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, chaplains, social workers, respiratory therapists, and administrators.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to department policies, processes, and procedures to enhance team effectiveness and reduce administrative burdens.
- Education & Training: Prepare and deliver comprehensive education programs on donation processes and regulations, lead training on specific donation pathways and techniques.
**What You'll Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Healthcare, Communications, Social Work, or a related field required.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, business development, or social work, with a preference for direct clinical experience.
**Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
