Compensation

We offer a competitive salary with an anticipated maximum base salary of $76,700 per year. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual bonus plan based on both individual and company performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, training, and mentoring of kitchen staff, serving as a valuable resource.
  • Provide coaching and guidance while conducting performance evaluations for the culinary team.
  • Help design and implement training programs for kitchen personnel.
  • Monitor staffing levels to optimize productivity and minimize costs, recommending staffing adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of culinary experience, including prior management experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant or catering environment.
  • Exceptional skills in volume cooking, food presentation, and flavor profiling.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, capable of working with diverse team members.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and kitchen production systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules to meet business demands.
  • No formal degree is required.
