Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a Restaurant Services account. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, overseeing safety and sanitation, and driving culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations
  • Purchase and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to roll out new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience, with high-volume production and catering experience
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
