We provide a comprehensive suite of services that address both immediate and long-term needs, assisting women in achieving stability and making significant progress in areas such as housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and recovery from addiction.


The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions, staff supervision, and strategic execution of a program aimed at helping individuals secure and maintain employment while they pursue permanent housing solutions. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality services, building partnerships with local businesses and community organizations, and driving continuous enhancements to meet the needs of the women we serve.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the supported employment transitional housing initiative.
  • Supervise a team providing case management and client services on-site.
  • Assist residents in maintaining employment through ongoing support and resources.
  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during program hours.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, regulations, and funding guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor program budget for effective resource allocation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including case managers and support personnel.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide professional development opportunities.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Facilitate reasonable accommodation requests for clients.
  • Document and manage client grievances, incident reports, and monthly contractual documentation.
  • Create individualized employment and education plans tailored to each resident's aspirations and needs.
  • Organize regular team meetings and conduct weekly or bi-weekly supervision sessions with team members.

Partnership Development:
  • Build relationships with local employers, housing providers, and community organizations.
  • Facilitate partnerships that enhance program services and support participant success.
  • Represent the program at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to identify supportive employment opportunities.
  • Engage in organization-wide committees and departmental meetings as assigned.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze program outcomes, utilizing data to inform improvements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Program Director and Data & Evaluation team.
  • Monitor client progress towards their goals.
  • Identify opportunities for program innovation and growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, focusing on supported employment or housing services.
  • If a social worker, LGSW is required; if a counselor, LGPC is required.
  • Experience with outcome-based program management and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of social services resources and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to build respectful rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations and understanding issues related to addiction and mental health.

  • Strong cultural competence and communication skills with diverse populations.

Salary: $63,000 - $78,000, commensurate with experience.
