Pathways to Housing DC (Pathways DC) is a renowned non-profit organization in Washington, DC dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals with complex health challenges. At Pathways DC, we believe in the Housing First model where services are provided without conditions or pre-housing requirements. Housing is seen as a fundamental human right and a crucial component of healthcare.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of a caseload of clients to ensure they receive the necessary support for recovery and community integration.

The responsibilities of the Senior Housing Program Manager include:

  • Supervising and developing a team of Housing Specialists
  • Collaborating with Clinical Supervisors and Program Managers on staffing needs
  • Providing clinical supervision and support to Housing Specialists
  • Implementing client services and ensuring client goals are met
  • Coordinating services with community resources
  • Representing the program in meetings and other engagements

Key qualifications for the role:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Relevant licensure and experience in case management or counseling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with populations experiencing homelessness
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus

This role requires a strong understanding of the Housing First model and a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness.
