Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bus Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and sustaining optimal sales performance and profitability within designated regions and client accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and readiness to fulfill sales obligations.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to gauge customer satisfaction and assess competitive advantages.
  • Guide clients in the selection and ordering of buses by actively listening and asking pertinent questions.
  • Leverage sales expertise to ensure inclusion on all relevant bid and vendor lists for assigned clients.
  • Comprehend and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations impacting bus sales.
  • Achieve or surpass bus delivery goals set by the dealership.
  • Employ various prospecting methods to identify potential bus customers daily, through calls or in-person visits.
