Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our commercial replacement opportunities programs to building owners and users. This is a high-profile, hands-on position that requires a strongly energized individual with experience in identifying and selling to owners, senior executives, and other financial decision-makers.

Key Sales Competency Areas
  • Sales Skills - Able to qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner. Aggressively manage quotes to close sales.
  • Time Management - Able to plan and efficiently schedule appointments with timely follow thru to assure maximum productivity.
  • Surveys & Pricing - Able to appraise and survey mechanical system, modification, and/or maintenance requirements. Able to interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions. Properly apply company pricing policy.
  • Account Expansion - Able to increase existing customer maintenance coverage and/or Energy Conservation Measure services.
  • Documentation - In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and required company paperwork; maintain written supportive information relative to delays, changed, special conditions and schedules, etc.
Requirements
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Technical experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
