Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of risk management and sales principles.
  • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • State Licenses: State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses, as well as non-resident licenses as required.
  • Education: College degree or CPCU certification preferred.
