- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- State Licenses: State of residency Agent's and Broker's licenses, as well as non-resident licenses as required.
- Education: College degree or CPCU certification preferred.
