About the Role

Gpac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flooring Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account development team, you will be responsible for managing commercial flooring projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest commercial flooring products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial flooring sales, account management, or project management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or construction management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications, such as LEED AP or CFI, are a plus.
