Commercial HVAC Installation Manager

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Foreman Installer to lead our installation teams and oversee the execution of HVAC projects in commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Project Planning: Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to meet or exceed project goals.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Site Evaluations: Conduct site evaluations and project feasibility studies, recommending the most effective HVAC solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members, ensuring expectations are aligned and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing personal expertise and contributing to the team's professional development.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and energy efficiency practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, direct, and support a high-performing installation team.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology/installation are highly preferred.
