About the Role

This role involves developing strategies for group and transient business thresholds within a five-year forecast to drive measurable improvements in demand and availability. It requires analyzing short-range decisions' effects on occupancy, average rate, and room profit goals within 53 weeks, as well as projecting the impact of city events and activities on revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for making final decisions on short-term and long-term pricing strategies and inventory controls, leading revenue meetings to guide the Sales & Marketing Teams to improve performance.
  • Establish annual budget and forecasts for each property, aiming to generate a minimum annual revenue of $42M+.
  • Create and maintain reporting, providing critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors, reviewing end-of-month rental statistics reports, including monthly revenue management reports, operations reports, and assessing performance against forecasts, budgets, and results of implemented strategies.
  • Partner with 3rd party accounts to drive profitable business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Handling Multi-property experience is vital for this role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • 10% Travel required.

Demonstrating the following capabilities and distinctions would be advantageous in this position:

  • A BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of OnQ R&I.
  • 5-7 years of tried experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager.
