Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.

This is a contract role with a high possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $37.75 to $48.36/hour in W2. In this role, you will work closely with internal customers to ensure customer care and early involvement. You will also be responsible for generating, documenting, and implementing savings, as well as monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs to contribute to the success of the business.

• Develop and implement commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
• Contribute to the implementation and usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium purchasing volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.
• Generate, document, and implement savings, and plan, monitor, and report on relevant KPIs.
• Support supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification, and update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers.
