We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent in the industry.

Job Description

The Digital Content Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging digital content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This includes developing compelling narratives, crafting visually appealing graphics, and leveraging social media to build a loyal community of followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and create high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand identity and messaging
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and optimal results
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize future campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics software
