About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level sales position responsible for leading business development efforts to drive revenue growth and expansion of existing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of account executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure successful partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and lead reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the creative industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity, with the ability to develop effective strategies to stay ahead.
